TJ Heller’s unique background is unlike most commercial real-estate developers. Where do you find executive leadership with Retail Operations experience, commercial development professional, business recruitment specialist, Certified Retail Consultant, QSR Owner/Operator, and a BA-Degree in Finance/Real Estate? You find someone like TJ Heller, a leader in business, innovation, problem-solving and a passion for serving his clients! In 2012, TJ founded Heller Development Company, as a general commercial real estate developer and has since developed powerful partnerships focused on handling large National Retailer accounts, including build-to-suit projects, medical facilities, site selection, and property management.

TJ’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and aggressive approach in supporting his clients has created a highly successful track record, representing local businesses and national companies as they pursue opportunities to expand and/or relocate their businesses. Being an experienced retail executive, TJ possesses a strong understanding of strategic retail growth, trends within the retail and medical industry, and the knowledge necessary to give his clients the best informed decisions.
